Position Highlights:

  • Independent Contractor Role: We want you to be able to come to work and make positive changes for your clients, without the added burden of administrative and billing requirements.

  • Flexible Schedule: Full or part-time positions available (minimum 20 clients/week).

  • Collaborative Environment: We have assembled a group of bright clinicians with varying areas of specialization. This allows for consultation on most of the challenging client needs we see in private practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Licensed Professionals: 5 years working with clinical populations and 3 years post-licensure. Must have a current license to provide therapy in Florida.

  • Versatile Therapists: Enthusiastic about working with a variety of presenting challenges across the lifespan.

  • Relationship Builders: Confident in supporting individuals, families, and couples to achieve happier, healthier relationships.

  • Team Players: Ready to thrive in a collaborative practice.

  • Flexible Schedules: Available to work 2-3 evenings per week. In addition to other times, Saturdays and Sundays are a plus as many working families prefer those days.

  • Adaptable: Skilled in both telehealth and in-person sessions.

  • Evidence-Based Practitioners: Proficient in using empirically supported interventions. Certifications and Specializations in various treatment methods are a must.

  • Must be local to Miami to be able to provide therapy in person sessions in addition to telehealth sessions if needed.

  • Long-Term Commitment: Dedicated to growing your career within the same practice, building a network of referrals, and ensuring continued access to your ideal client caseload.

What We Would Love To See:

Relationship theories (e.g., Gottman Method, Emotionally-Focused Therapy).

DBT-informed
(certification a plus).

Parent-child
interaction therapy.

Trauma-informed therapies (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR, ART).

Certified in
Sex Therapy.

Expertise in diagnosing and treating Eating Disorders.

Support for the LGBTQI community.
