It is important that you regularly attend your scheduled appointments, but we are aware that sometimes life can get in the way. That’s why there is no fee for appointments cancelled with a 24-hour notice.

For any appointment that is cancelled without 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee (standard rate of session). You can cancel via phone or email. Any courtesies or exceptions related to cancellation fees are to the therapist’s discretion.

Please understand that we are not able to bill insurance companies for missed or cancelled appointments.
